Batch 694

Batch 694 arrived on January 17, 2020.  Some of the interesting facts of this batch are:
1.  There are 13 countries represented.  Australia, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Vanautua and Papaua New Guinea.
2.  We had a sister that had an appendectomy.
3.  We received our new MTC nurse and her husband - Sister Shelley and Elder Steven Hill.
4.  Coronvirus Outbreak brings new guidelines for missionaries to follow.
5.  One missionary was redirected from Thailand to the Philippines.
6.  The missionaries loved doing the 7 minute workout 3 mornings a week.  Largest crowd!
7.  Last time we will have 7 LTM missionaries (because of Christmas black out dates).
8.  One missionary's mother died and one mother was in the hospital.  They were both incredibly brave and valiant.
9.  On the day before departure, a courageous sister disclosed a health concern that could have ended her mission.  Through a miraculous discovery, instead of a mission ending diagnosis, she has eczema and topical medication will be applied. 

Again we saw the hand of the Lord on a daily basis as we walk through each day at the Manila Missionary Training Center.
